Marin Headlands, San Francisco

When it comes to planning outdoor trips, any time is almost a good time to do so, as long as the weather permits. For one who is very active and loves outdoors, trips to parks are one of the best things to do whenever time allows. And if it happens to be a trip with friends who are also like minded, the trip is even more fun and meaningful – not only do you get to spend time outdoors enjoying Mother Nature, you also get to be with your friends and enjoy the precious time together.

Marin Headlands is a beautiful park to go in a San Francisco charter bus with friends and family. It is a great place to go hiking, walking, running or just simply enjoy the beauty of nature and relax. Depending on yours as well as your friends’ preference, you can choose to have the bus driver send the whole group to the top of the Marin Headlands and wait for all of you at the foot of the hill while you hike your way down or vice versa. The main point would be to enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the Marin Headlands – other than having a great time working out your bodies with hiking, walking or jogging. If you didn’t already know, the view from the top of the Marin Headlands on a clear weather day is simply breathtaking because you get to see the city and the bridge rather clearly. However, there have been times when the weather is a little foggy; hence, the view of the bridge may not be so visible. Nevertheless, we would still say the view is magnificent and to think that creation can be this beautiful simply takes your breath away!

As you already know, a trip to the Marin Headlands will be an outdoor trip in the park, so even though you have the San Francisco rented bus waiting for you to bring you home afterwards, you still need to be appropriately dressed for the occasion – comfortable clothing, shoes and a water bottle are a must for outdoor trips such as this. Surely you would not want to have blisters on your feet at the end of the day, right? And if you and your friends enjoy picnics, this would be a great place for you to bring along your picnic baskets and find a perfect spot to sit down and enjoy your meal while you take in the beauty of Mother Nature!

Discovering the World At The Children's Discovery Museum

Children learn fast. They learn even faster when given the opportunity to explore the world around them. But not every place is a safe place for them to roam safely and wander while exploring the world around without the risks of danger. In San Jose, our new charter buses will be able to bring you and your children for a time of fun with learning in a safe environment at the Children’s Discovery Museum, which is located at 180 Woz Way, San Jose, CA 95110.

Children’s Discovery Museum is a wonderful place for children to learn while playing and exploring and if you are thinking of chartering our San Jose charter bus for a trip to this museum, why not bring along some of your friends’ children too? After all, the more, the merrier! A trip such as this gives the children to learn and play together and who knows - while the children play, their parents will also be able to pick up a tip or two of educational skills that they may want to repeat back home.

Upon arriving at the Children’s Discovery Museum in the San Jose chartered bus, you will quickly notice that the museum is a definitely a great place to take children between the ages of 2 to 10. The museum is also a place where birthday parties are held for children – the staffs there are so good at it that parents literally do not have to worry about anything when it comes to having a birthday party at the museum and the children? Well, they simply have so much fun that they have nothing to complain about the party!

The Children’s Discovery Museum is surely an incredible place for children to explore and learn while they are having fun at the same time. They also have a water area where they have many activities with different themes all through the year, so if you intend to bring the children there, you may want to bring extra change of clothes for them – there is no way kids can stay dry at the sight of a water play area!

The only problem that you may have is that with the amount of fun and exciting things to do at the museum, you may find it a little difficult to convince your little ones to leave and get on our chartered bus when it is time to leave – unless of course, you promise them another trip there soon!

Hearts in San Francisco

San Francisco is the most liberal and cosmopolitan city on the West Coast, and this is reflected in its people, its culture, and its cuisine. A good way to see San Francisco is with a charter bus, coach bus, party bus, mini bus, passenger coach or school bus chartered from New Charter Bus.  Ride through the streets of San Francisco in style and comfort in your charter bus as your reliable charter bus driver takes you and your to your charter bus destination.
Take your charter bus over to a genuine San Francisco landmark. The Swan Oyster Depot has been in the business of serving fresh seafood since 1912. Behind the marble topped counter, friendly employees shuck fresh oyster that go straight from the tank to the plate. The menu is very much no frills, with steamed crab, shrimp and lobster on offer, but don’t expect any fancy sauces or garnishes. The Swan Oyster Depot is simply about good old fashioned seafood, served fresh and without fuss. Wash your seafood down with some draft beer while sitting on one of the wooden stool, while you soak in the neighborhood ambiance of this down to earth restaurant.
Original Joe’s is one of those rarities in today’s corporate controlled world, a true family owned and operated restaurant. Opening in a new location in 2011 after the original was destroyed by fire in 2007, this iconic Italian restaurant has moved on to new heights. All the nostalgic elements of the original Original Joe’s remain, the comfortable red booths, shaded hanging lamps and tuxedo-ed waiters, but the new interior with soaring ceilings and abundant lighting gives the place a new vibe. The menu is still much the same, serving Italian-American classics that has pleased San Franciscans and charter bus diners for decades. Meatballs in tomato sauce, chicken Parmesan with tender chicken breast, and decadent desserts.
Get into your charter bus for a short to to Nob Hill and alight at the Fairmont Hotel. Take in the panoramic views of the city from the front entrance before heading into the Tonga Room and Hurricane Bar. The Polynesian themed bar is almost 1950s kitsch, and will certainly put charter bus diners in mind of stepping into an adult version of Disneyland's The Pirates of the Caribbean. The lights are dimmed to highlight an array of tiki torches which encircle the central pool, and a huge raft floats around the pool with a live band belting out top 40 tunes for the lively bar. The menu is Pan Asian and Pacific Rim, with dishes such as chicken satay with peanut sauce, Mongolian beef, and lemongrass and fennel crusted butterfish with roasted ginger and scallions. A couple of times an hour the sound of thunder quakes through the room and a mist drops onto the dance floor
For a fun filled, fuss free charter bus journey through San Francisco, give New Charter Bus a call to find out how they can help you plan your charter bus trip. Choose from their selection of fully equipped, comfortable charter buses, and take advantage of their friendly, personalized service.
